There is a
slower rhythm
available within you.
Welcome to a place to return to it, one breath at a time.
Our body adapts to the rhythm it practices most.
Welcome to Alba, a space for simple, intentional practices you can return to when you need a pause to slow the rhythm of the body, give the mind a moment to settle, and feel more present in the life you’re already living.
Each session is an invitation to explore a guided breathing that supports you, to notice to what you are responding, and to reconnect with the body as a place you can feel more at ease in.
Through gentle and accessible practices that wave functional breathing, immersive sound and guided stillness, we meet and restore a quieter and supportive rhythm.

Alba Online
Not every session will feel the same, just as not every day asks the same of us. Sometimes we need movement; sometimes stillness.
Over time, we can become more familiar with returning to a rhythm that feels restorative.
However you're arriving today, you're welcome here. Let this be a practice to breathe and begin again.

What pace have you been moving at lately?
Alba grew from my own need for a gentler way to move through the day, as a practice that helps me pause, breathe, listen and remember that urgency isn't the only rhythm available to us.
I moved to lutruwita Tasmania four years ago, drawn to its landscape and the quieter rhythms of life here. Since then, I've been developing ALBA as a space to explore the relationship between breathing, sound, rest and the way we experience our everyday lives.
My background in architecture shaped how I notice space, atmosphere and the ways our surroundings affect how we feel. That curiosity continues to shape my practice today. I study functional breathing, deepen my practice as a sound bath practitioner, and explore the teachings of Yoga Nidra.
I bring together what I learn, what I observe in my work with others, and what I experience through my own practice.
