There is a
slower rhythm
available within you.

Welcome to a place to return to it, one breath at a time.

Our body adapts to the rhythm it practices most.

Most of us have become very good at moving with urgency, maybe that's why slowing down can feel uncomfortable. Alba Studio is an on and offline space for the body and mind to return to a restorative pace. A gentle, accessible practice for the loudest part in your mind to soften. Through functional breathing, immersive sound, deep listening and awareness, we remember the body as a safe place to be.

One practice, experienced in three different rhythms.

Alba is a space to return to a slower rhythm.

A practise to pause and begin again, as the light of dawn.
With curiosity, we explore breath, deep listening and presence, returning to a pace you may not have visited in a while.
Cultivate a quieter relationship with your body and mind.
However you're arriving today, you're welcome here.

What pace have you been moving at lately?

My name is Fefa, and I write these words from inside the same practice that holds me when I need a gentle pause to breathe, listen, and remember there is another way to move through the day.

Alba grew as space to practice returning to a slower rhythm. Through functional breathing, immersive sound, silence and deep listening, we explore a quieter sense of stillness before we return to movement.

I moved to lutruwita Tasmania four years ago, and have been holding these practices ever since, waving guided breath, immersive sound and gentle movement, on and offline, to support you through the rhythm of everyday life.

The body remembers the state it practices the most. Welcome to a space to land at your own rhythm, into a state of presence it may not have been in a while.
